The board of directors announced today that Interact-TV, Incorporated (ITVI) has signed \"cb\"<\/a>an acquisition agreement dated 8\/22\/16 in which it acquires 100% of Moxie Music Inc (MMI) outstanding shares of stock.<\/p>\n

The acquisition brings ITVI\u2019s subsidiary record labels to five, Pocket Kid Records, Blue Mask Records, Interact Music Inc, Natural Tone Entertainment, and now Moxie Music Inc.<\/p>\n

The acquisition agreement is between ITVI and the owner of 100% of MMI\u2019s shares, Christopher Broughton, who also currently sits on the board of directors of ITVI. The transaction is a share exchange with MMI\u2019s shareholder receiving 1,000,000 (100%) of ITVI\u2019s Preferred J shares, a special class of ITVI preferred shares, which gives MMI\u2019s former shareholders the right to control most issues to do with ITVI\u201ds new subsidiary, not otherwise regulated by Delaware law.<\/p>\n

MMI is a new Label formed in August of 2016, which will also be headed by Christopher Broughton. Christopher has been involved in the music industry as well as the film industry most of his life. Raised by Gladys Knight, as her adopted son, Christopher, began his training in the music industry at an early age with Gladys, and has worked as a performer as a singer and drummer, and behind the scenes as an engineer and producer. Christopher received a lot of his early technical training from Sylvain Moy.<\/p>\n

Christopher has worked with acts such as: Baby Face, Billy Preston, Gladys Knight, Busta Rhyme , Missy Eliot, Genuine, Drew Hill, Aaliyah, Hall & Oates, Michael McDonald, Usher, and others.<\/p>\n

The focus of Moxie Music Inc, will be to develop and give multi-media musicians a home. (Musicians who want to write top 4o popular music which can be also be incorporated into Television and Film.) Moxie will be particularly concerned with developing artists and placing music for popular distribution as well as creating soundtracks incorporating fresh new popular music, rather than the traditional \u201corchestra\u201d scoring.<\/p>\n

Christopher is also a producer and director of film and TV and has come on board ITVI\u2019s team to develop our film and TV division.
