Interact-TV, Inc announces Joint Venture with Jamvana LLC July 28, 2016 Written by

Interact -TV, Inc. (OTC:ITVI) announced today a Joint Venture with Jamvana LLC to develop an internet radio station for Jamvana, LLC.
Jamvana Radio LLC, a Colorado LLC, was formed as the joint venture vehicle on July 27th, 2016, and work on the station will begin immediately and should be up in running in the next couple of weeks. Jamvana LLC is a distributor and label and currently has a roster of some 2000+ artists that it distributes. The radio station will feature Jamvana’s own artists. Anticipated profits from the radio station will come from advertising revenue.

Jamvana LLC is also the main distributor and provider for Interact -TV, Inc’s newest subsidiary, Interact Music Inc.’s, online self service distribution portal. Interact Music Inc.’s self service portal is currently by invitation only in order to allow Interact Music to maintain a quality roster of client’s for which it distributes and for which it will also deliver a menu or additional music services on an “a la carte” basis.
