Interact -TV, Inc. (OTC:ITVI) announced today a Joint Venture with Viscount Productions Ltd. to develop Internet radio stations for Viscount Productions Ltd.
Interact-TV, Incorporated and Viscount Productions Ltd. Announced a successful test marketing of five internet radio stations placed on Viscount Productions website (www.ViscountProductions.info ) one month ago on September 23, 2016. Viscount Productions Ltd. is a distributor and label and one of Interact-TV’s existing record label distributors, having distributed prior products for Pocket Kid Records, Blue Mask Records, and Interact Music, Inc.
As a result of the test marketing, Interact-Tv, and Viscount Productions will enter into a joint venture with the continued placement of the existing five test market channels (Viscount Classic Rock/Pop Radio; Viscount Alternative Rock Radio; Viscount Oldies Radio; Viscount Classical Music Radio; and Viscount Eclectic Radio) on Viscount’s website and the eventual placement of four additional channels (The Jazz Radio Channel; The POP/EDM Channel; The Dead Sara Channel; The G.H. Hat Classical Channel ) on the Viscount Productions website in exchange for placement of Viscount artists’ music on the programming rotation. Anticipated profits from the radio station will come from advertising revenue, and will be retained solely by Interact-TV, Incorporated.
